These Reffyy Website Terms of Service and Mobile Application End User License Agreement("Terms") is a binding agreement between you ("End User" or "you") and Reffyy, Inc.("Company", "Reffyy", and "we"). These Terms govern your use of the Reffyy App (including all related documentation, the "Application"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Application and all access to and use of Reffyy’s website, www.reffyy.net (the "Website"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website (collectively, the "Services"). The Application is licensed, not sold, to you.

THESE TERMS INCLUDE A ONE (1) YEAR LIMITATION TO INITIATE A CLAIM ORACTION THEREUNDER.BY CLICKING THE "AGREE" BUTTON, YOU (A) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVEREAD AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT; (B) REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE 18YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER; AND (C) ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE THATYOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY ITS TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESETERMS, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION AND DELETE IT FROM YOUR MOBILEDEVICE AND DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE AND ANY RELATEDSERVICES AND MATERIALS.

Changes to These Terms: We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all use of the Application and Website thereafter. In the event of a change to these Terms, at your next login, you will be required to read, accept, and agree to the revised Terms prior to continuing use of the Application.

License Grant: Subject to the terms and conditions in these Terms, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and nontransferable license to: Download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on a single mobile device owned or otherwise controlled by you ("Mobile Device") strictly in accordance with the Application's documentation.

License Restrictions: Except as may be expressly permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by the Company in advance in writing, you shall not: Copy the Application, except as expressly permitted by this license. Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements. Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or attempt to access the source code Remove or alter any intellectual property notices Use the Application or Website to train AI or machine learning models rent, lease, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, or publish the Application Use bots or manual processes to monitor or copy content. Frame or mirror the Application. Use the Application in hazardous or safety-critical environments. Circumvent security features or protections.

Reservation of Rights: You acknowledge and agree that the Application is provided under license, and not sold, to you. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Application or Website under these Terms. Company reserves and shall retain its entire right, title, and interest in and to the Application and Website.

Subscription Fees; Payment Terms and Processing Subscription is required to access Services. Payment is due at purchase and processed via Stripe, Inc. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Payment data is tokenized and not stored by Reffyy Accounts may be suspended or deleted after 90 days of non-payment. Stripe’s privacy policy:

Taxes: You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.

Accessing the Application and Account Security: We may withdraw or amend the Application at any time. You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We may disable accounts at our discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights: All content and functionality on the Application and Website is owned by Reffyy or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content except as permitted.

User Contributions: You may post content via interactive features. All contributions must comply with our Content Standards and are considered non-confidential. You grant Reffyy the right to use and distribute your contributions.

Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination: We may :Remove or refuse to post content. Take action against violations. Disclose user identity to third parties. Cooperate with law enforcement. Suspend or terminate accounts. We are not liable for user-generated content.

Content Standards: User contributions must not: Be defamatory, obscene, or offensive. Promote illegal activity or discrimination. Infringe intellectual property rights. Violate privacy or legal rights. Mislead or impersonate others. Include unauthorized commercial activity. Appear to be endorsed by Reffyy without permission.

Copyright Infringement: If you believe your copyright is violated, contact us per our Copyright Policy. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Third-Party Materials: We are not responsible for third-party content or links. Use them at your own risk.

Term and Termination: These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Reffyy. You may terminate by deleting the App. We may terminate at any time for violations or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination: Your license ends. You must stop using and delete the AppDisclaimer of Warranties. The Application is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Limitation of Liability. We are not liable for: Personal injury or property damage. Lost profits or data.

Business interruption: Any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

Indemnification:  You agree to indemnify Reffyy against claims arising from your use of the App or Website or your violation of these Terms.

Export Regulation: You must comply with all applicable export laws. You may not export the App to restricted countries or jurisdictions.US Government Rights. The App is a commercial product. US Government users receive only those rights granted to all other users.

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Legal actions must be filed in Austin, Travis County, Texas.

Limitation of Time to File Claims: Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action. After that, it is permanently barred.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Reffyy.
